(A)  I acknowledge that, to access the services provided by the Canadian Federation of University Women Nanaimo, I must supply personal information to CFUW Nanaimo.

(B)  CFUW recognizes the confidentiality of my personal information and will not collect, use or disclose this without my consent, unless required by law.  CFUW collects this information to allow the Club to provide me with newsletters, program information, the membership directory and other community information deemed appropriate.

(C)  I authorize the use of my photograph on the website, in Club newsletters and CFUW publications.  I will be asked for my permission in advance if the photograph will be used for outside purposes.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEES

Please submit annual membership fees with your application. Fees are $130.00 for Full Members and $60.00 for Student Members. Membership fees support our local club and scholarship fund as well as CFUW National and Graduate Women International, of which CFUW is a member.

The CFUW fiscal year runs from May 1st to April 30th and membership fees are due during the month of May.  New members who join after February 1st will pay the full application fee but it will be valid until April 30th of the following year.

The quickest way to pay membership fees is by e-transfer. Payment should be directed to the club email address:  cfuwnanaimo@gmail.com. Include your name and use membership as the purpose of your payment.

Membership fees may also be paid by cheque made out to CFUW Nanaimo and submitted with your application form. For mailing details, please email cfuwnanaimo@gmail.com, attention Membership Chair.

Please keep the Membership Chair apprised of any changes in your contact information, including name, phone number, street address or email address.
